Join Co-facilitators and Human Garage Coaches Lea Stillinger, Katrina Wiens, Jennifer Klein and Kyla Gent in this unique live zoom experience 'RELEASE YOUR FEET - FREE YOUR BODY Workshop'! This two hour immersive event focuses on releasing freedom in your body from the feet up - immediately. 

The connection between the feet and fascia is crucial for fluid human movement, posture, and overall health. Fascia is a responsive connective tissue that envelops the body's structures, aiding in movement and support. The fascia in the feet is linked to fascial chains throughout the body, meaning tension in the feet affects overall body function. Healthy fascial connections enhance proprioception, balance, and posture. Walk with ease, freedom and a happy lightness.

Tickets are $60 and you may purchase multiple tickets for multiple entries in the draw prize. All ticket sales are pooled into the draw prize total.

-Recording of the Workshop sent out by email following the event. (You may purchase a ticket/s even if you cannot attend live.)

-Entry into the draw prize of ticket sales proceeds towards a booking at the next INFLOW Retreat in Tulum, Mexico this October/November 2024

*All proceeds from the Workshop up to the value of a booking at our 6 Day INFLOW Retreat ($3600 USD) will be credited to the winner of the draw. If you win and choose to use the proceeds towards the cost of a booking in our 8 Day INFLOW Retreat ($4600 USD) you are welcome to do so. If the proceeds are less that a full booking at the 6 Day Retreat you will receive the value of those proceeds towards the cost of your booking. The prize has no cash value and can only be used towards booking a spot at our 2024 INFLOW Retreats.
